Looking for a way to check if I have instant character recognition.
Send a character at 20wpm wait 1 or 2 seconds, say the character in your head then listen to the next character.
If you don't have instantaneous character recognition you will error out in your brain.
Is there a program that can do this?
Thanks Paul kw1L

I suppose you could trick lcwo to do that for you : set character speed to 20 wpm,and effective speed to 5 wpm

Not the right way to learn Morse code, better stop that. Morse Machine on this website (that does this) is also discutable. because it prevents learning necessary pipelining.

Another possible option... check out the android app "IZ2UUF Morse Koch CW". It can do exactly as you wrote.

As a matter of interest, why do you want to do this ?

Automatic decoding isn't quite instantaneous - just involuntary and so "invisible" . .

Thanks you all.
My reason for instant charter recognition is in the article written by Nancy Kott WZ8C (SK).

Hi,

0,5s is not instant recognition at 20 wpm. The delay between 2 letters is 3*60ms = 180ms.

That is correct.
