is there a way to limit the top speed for "Word Training". Also are there words of more than three letters ?

You can currently not limit the top speed, except by using a fixed speed.

There are plenty of words of all lengths! For English, there are two sets, one with just short words (1-3), one with all words.

If you select the latter, make sure you don't additionally limit yourself by entering e.g. 20 into the field titled "Maximum length (letters)".

If you like long words, you'll like the German word set. Good luck with aortenklappeninsuffizienz, authentifizierungsverfahrens, and so on.
