First licensed after being an SWL in the early 80's as G1RCG and attended my first club meeting where an old G2 told me "you only have half a license" so did not go back until I took the CW test and was licensed as "G0FOZ". Spent the first year on CW and then did not touch the key (or the radio) for, on and off, 35 years. Wanted to get my CW skills back so joined CWA and that is why I am here :-) Semi-retired engineer (communications), Karate instructor, and cat wrangler :-) 73s and keep on keying.
