I am working on my code as well. I missed the CW test by 1 character the week before the FCC dropped the code requirement. Last couple of months have been busy for me at work, so I am sorry that I have been slow about getting back here. Still, better to learn and build up slowly than not at all. I really enjoy practicing with the MorseMachine which I set to send characters at 25 WPM. Hopefully by field day I will be about able hold a decent QSO on CW.

Hey CLR. How was Field Day? We (2 brand new Generals, one brand new Tech) missed it almost entirely due to previous commitment to NASCAR race, but we set up a rig Saturday night and made a couple of QSOs - on phone, as I'm the only one interested in CW and only know about 7 letters. Next year I hope to join in with some CW QSOs.
