Funny. I was just focusing on k & d on the Morse machine. (K is -.- and D is -..)

I think on this site, they encourage people to learn by sound rather than "." and "-" so I don't think you'll find that kind of table here.

That being said, I enjoyed the Wikipedia article - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Morse_code. That includes a simple chart and many good and bad ways to learn Morse code.
