I made the IWR feature more enhanced but NOT in MCPT since it gets so little use.

The new one is for windows users but does require Perl (many installations will have this anyway).

Qsl.net/wa2nfn/txt2cw explains the tool and there are several links to hear the audio created.

P.S. likely retiring from writing software tools, way too much personal time for very little public interest.
