Hi Xu,

I can not really read Chinese, nothing.
But Google helped. ;-)
I would prefer to chat on air with you
with Morse Code.
But because of the distance it will be a challenge.
How far are you in learning Morse Code?

China to Germany on short waves is not impossible, although quite unlikely. There used to be a web site where you could forecast propagation between two locations but I have forgotten it.

Yes,

with CW it is possible.
I had already QSOs with OMs in China and other parts of Asia.
The web side you mean is probably
https://www.voacap.com/hf/

At 19.00z
with 100W and 5/8 Lambda vertical
probability is abt 80%
on 20m and 17m
But at this time it is very early in China.
03:00 CST?

on 2221z 01 Jun is was skimmed by VR2FUN-77
but with 8 dB SNR on 20m.
So that it a little bit low for a QSO.

1227z 02 Jun on 17m, also low SNR

VR2FUN is the FUN Amateur Radio Club VR2FUN
They will have good antennas.

I have no big problem with sending Morse Code with the key, but cannot really follow others when listening. So I'm still practicing my listening on this web site. I can only use the GP ANT due to the lack of space to have other alternatives. I had QSLs with hams in Russia and Czech with CW till now. Hope to chat on air with Morse Code. 73 DE BH5ECE.

The problem is there are no really good and working implementations of morse over IP around, I guess because there is not enough interest.

There is this:
http://morse-code-over-ip.github.io/moip/

but I never managed to make it work.

Your best best is to schedule some skype or zoom sessions and then use the audio to send and receive morse. I haven't done it but it's possible.

Another option (but that would be cheating) is that both you and the other party would TX in low power and then use WebSDR or KiwiSDR as a receiver. It has been done but it's technically cheating. So you point your browser to a WebSDR site next to, say, Rudiger DD5RK, and Rudiger points his browser to a WebSDR next to xu and you both have a conversation.
