Who can tell me what settings I have to use here on LCWO in order to get the same speed as what is required for the Dutch/Belgian Morse exams? The Dutch exam has two speeds that are examined: 5 WPM or 12 WPM. I am aiming for 12 WPM. How can I set the exact same speeds here on LCWO in order to practise at exam speed?

There are two settings here at LCWO:
- Character speed
- Effective speed

Is there anyone who knows at what speed to set these?

I expect it is regular spaced Morse code, 5 and 12 wpm plain text.

On this website that is 5/5 and 12/12

I think it is 18/12 but not sure.
And then I would like to know if this 18/12 speed as here on LCWO is the same as examined. Probably, but it would be a real bad joke practicing here at 18/12 and then to find out at the exams that there is a slight difference. Anyway, I will ask someone here in NL who prepares candidates for the exam.
