I started left handed and stuck with it, so I'd be a bit behind trying to follow my own advice, but I'm going to give it a try. I'm relearning Morse Code, and I have to unlearn a lot from the way I was taught when I was initially licensed. It's a much harder process, so if you can start now working with each hand, it may be easier.
My twin sister has an education degree and taught herself to write left handed so she could help left handed students. In typing and office skills classes, she was advised to learn to use a calculator/keypad with each hand. So, start early when the muscle memory is just forming.
