is it possible to send cw messages to other lcwo user ?
I has been practising cw almost 6 months 2 meter band in little local group of hams .
we trainining mon - fri weekday mornings sending basic qso stuff and some little extras .

you have a HF Radio, key and antenna.
Go on air, it is the best.
Make a simple qso template and practice it.

capitals CW must be lower case cw

Every listener can change speed. default is obviously 20 wpm.

The publisher of cw in this forum may change the default speed, look for backposts in this forum. user cb is expert in finding old posts, when you don't succeed.
