Thread: Problems with TLS Handshake

Just wondering if anyone is having issues with TLS handshake issues on this site. Specifically using Code Groups. I have tried multiple browsers and computers and the same issue is happening. All other HTTPS sites that I can tell are loading fine. Btw .. LCWO loads fine until I try to use the player, then nothing happens as the handshake fails. I am using HTML5 as recommended. Thanks.

Hi Kevin,

no problems here. The sound is served from a different server, but it has a valid certificate and I don't see any problems at the moment.

Please try to visit this link and let me know if your browser complains:

I get "Performing a TLS handshake to CGI2.lcwo.net" and it just sits there. Same in Chrome, Firefox and Edge and also on my Windows and Mac computers.

I am having the same issue getting to the following "https://fkurz.net/ham/qrq.html" It times out with the same message. I am not having any issues with any other sites that I can tell.

Seems to be some sort of network connectivity problem. I am not blocking anything as far as I can tell. I switched the sound generation to https://lcwo.net/, i.e. the same server as the rest, which should work for you.

Just wondering if anyone is having issues with TLS handshake issues on this site.

Try from a different location (work, public wifi, etc). ssl/tls problems are usually due to wrong MTU size on the client side.
