That was a great success, looking at ur msg above.

However now start with lesson 1.
Keep the K key pressed and your score will already be 50%

Seriously: 4 days passed and you did not do any attempt for lesson 1

The number of 1 minute exercises you have to do each day may be calculated from the formula
5 + (age/5)
with age in his formula being your age in years.

In order to succeed you need 5 to abt 15 minutes exercising each and every day.

So you have to do at last 5 to 15 exercised each day.

Sorry, are you saying 5 plus your age is how many one minute exercises should be done each day?? That doesn't seem to fit with the "5 to abt 15 minutes" per day (and it amounts to a heck of a lot in my case!).

No, I wrote 5 + (age/5)
So first take your age in years, divide it by 5, add to the result 5 and you have your number of one minute exercises to do each and every day.

So when you are 50 years old then age/5=10
add 5 result is 15 minutes or 15 exercices of 1 minute each and every day when uou are 50 years old.

You missed a bit in the formula my age is 50 so the formula is 5 + (50/5) = 15 minutes a day.
