I don't remember taking a technician test. on 12/21 of 1993 I passed the advanced test and was given the callsign Kr4kg. which I let expire in 2003. Due to several reasons I didn't renew it. My question is with all this credit stuff, what do I need to do to get at least my general back.

May be when you don't understand that text you ask at ARRL or direct on FCC.
Morse code at any 'proficiency' is no longer required anyway.
