Hello dear Learners
I have been a fan on LCWO for learning MORSE but I am missing A 'live' chat with other users to put in practice what I am learning here.

For those of you who are licensed ham radio operator (non licensed please read below) and are familiar with the ECHOLINK system I would like to use my echolink node EA5IHP-L as a chat room where we can access and have conversations in morse (no RF though).
As you probably know echolink is used mainly for voice chat but we could use it for chatting in morse, where real users can 'morse' or listen to other users.

In fact you can connect the audio-output of your Transceiver (or your keyer) to the line-in input of your pc's soundcard.

I tested it yesterday and it worked great.

If any of you is interested please contact me here or just make me a call on the echolink (by morse preferably... hihi)

For non licenced ham users: If this is of your interest too, we could use a different system than Echolink (FRN for example is a symilar system and it does not require a licence).

Thanks all for being coders!

:)

bye

Luigi
