I notice that in the mode text2cw the german Umlaute äöü becomes an question mark.

Hi Toffy, that's right. I put it on my TODO-list and hope I can fix it soon.

This problem is fixed now.

I tried entering "äö" in "Convert text to CW", and it sounded just like "aa". (I also tried swedish "å", and that also sounded like "a".)

Maybe the problem has to do with which encoding the browser uses? utf8 vs iso8859-1 etc.
