As of now, new posts to the LCWO forum require moderator approval.

all new posts? What prompted the change? I am mostly new here, but this seems like it may increase the workload for you.

Is it possible that just 1st(maybe even first 5) posts of new users needs approval?

Hi Daniel,

The level of trolling exceeded every acceptable treshold here lately.

Maybe my workload will increase slightly, but I am quite confident that it's the right way to do at the moment. Users who are using this site in a way that conforms with with netiquette and ham spirit (99.9%) will be auto-approved after a few posts.

Right thing to do at the moment, Fabian.

Thanx for your help and housekeeping this evening. :)

Since some of my posts are now gone, I guess I'm considered a troll. I don't think I was being trollish one little bit. In fact you deleted what I felt was a well written response about what ham radio enthusiasts do to somebody that asked a question out of curiosity. Anyways it's your site and you can allow whatever you wish to be posted in your forums more power to you sir.

I guess I'll just use the practice tools then if that's alright with you.

Hi Paul,

some of the posts in the Thread "Why are you learning Morse/CW?" are the victim of my clumsiness; I had to restore the forum to a backup of Monday. I still have those posts but the date/time information is missing. I may restore them as good as possible when I find the time, but since most of that thread was trolling etc., this is not really the top priority at the moment. :)
