Great job with your site. Any way to crank up the speed above 100? Pref in the 200 - 300 wpm range? Tnx, Craig, AH8DX |

Above a certain speed, the edges of the CW signal are causing pretty short elements, though. 73 & GL Fabian |

I am used to the sound on the original Morse Machine after using it for the past year or so. My ears have to get accustomed to the sound on this site; it is different but I did have some success above 100. I like how my ears first hear for example the letter (K) and when I get it wrong it plays back again and the second time I hear it, it again is a (K). It will take listening to it a 3rd and 4th time until I actually hear it correctly. What I thought was a (K) turns out to be an (M) or something similar. I have found out that on certain days, I have difficulty with the numbers 7 and 8. There are days when I listen to an 8 at 150wpm and it sounds like a 7; just doen't sound like an 8 no matter how many times I play it. A few days later, 7 sounds like a 7 and 8 sounds like an 8. I wonder if you experience the same? Have a great weekend! Craig, AH8DX |
