Is it possible to add send mail function for the user groups?
When someone post on my user group then I want to receive info by e-mail.

Hi Atsu,

as if you could read my mind, this was one of the things I was actually working on! :-)

On the usergroup-pages you'll find a link to subscribe to the forum by email.

Information about all new posts will be sent by email in regular intervals (currently 6h) to those users who subscribed.

Please test these new functions and let me know if there are any problems.

(The strings are still hard-coded and in English only; next step is to make them translatable items for the various languages...)

I just confirmed the messaging function works.
As you mentioned, Japanese language could not sent properly but it's useful to know that someone posted something to the user group. :-)

Hi Atsu,

yes, Japanese characters will show up as HTML entities (e.g. 日本語), but I guess the main purpose, getting a notification, is more important at this point :)
