Hi,

you could switch on the "VVV = / AR" option in the CW settings (http://lcwo.net/cwsettings). Then each transmission will be prefixed with "VVV =" an suffixed with "<AR>", which gives you a moment to concentrate and prepare for the lesson.

Just what I was looking for, thanks. Maybe consider making this default? As, it's normal for code tests I think.

In my Chinese learning test, they always say "let's begin" before speaking the chinese words.
