Posted: 2010-12-08 19:01 | Right now I'm handcoding (writing out letters by hand, then typing in the box to check results) Should I try to use the keyboard instead, or will that make me keyboard dependent?

Posted: 2010-12-08 19:38 | Hi Mason,
nothing wrong with using the keyboard directly. I personally cannot keep up with hand writing much over 25wpm or so, while I can comfortably type 40wpm without getting tired. On the long run, after you mastered all the lessons and learned the characters, you'll eventually move on to head-copy, and not be dependent on any writing/typing anymore. 73 Fabian DJ1YFK |

Right now .... Should I try I'd say use which ever method you're naturally quicker at, because it'll get frustrating sooner if you use the slower method... |

What is the exact Firefox version? 3.16 doesn't exist, maybe 3.6.16? Is Flash installed? You can find out e.g. by typing "about:plugins" in the address bar, or checking at http://www.playerversion.com/ 73 Fabian DJ1YFK |

Iam using Firefox 3.16. dj7pa-pa0pa Is that a home made version of Firefox that you are using Jack? Go to Change CW settings, there you can chose with a radio button out of 5 possibilities for sound playing. Try all 5, don't forget to click on "submit" in the language you use, and report here what happens. |
