The site appears to be using European local time for it's time stamps. I think it would be better if it either used UTC or maybe the local time of the user if that is possible.

For example I'm in England and am writing this at 3:39pm local (14:39 utc) but I expect it to show up in the Forum thread listing as 16:39

The time stamps on Koch lesson attempts have the same problem.

Yes, all time stamps are just local time here in DL. I've been waiting for two years for someone to complain, so I now put it on my TODO-List :)

Using UTC for everything would be the easiest solution; a selectable time zone would add some more overhead. Not sure if I want to do that.

I'd be happy with UTC. It would be the correct time for me half of the year. ;)
