In the change CW settings page the effective speed box allows a non-int value, ie 7.5 but anything other than an int returns a slient mp3 file.

Suggest either adding either a javascript pre-validation, or ceil/floor round up at the php stage.

Yes, that's indeed a bug. I'll fix it as soon as I am back home tonight. It's not critical in terms of security though, but should be fixed anyway.
