For lessons, my duration is set to 2. Looking at flash-player, I read 1min33sec at end.

Hi,

the duration is not very accurate indeed. There are several reasons for it. Using the PARIS norm for speed is inaccurate for "random" texts or texts with different word lengths than 5. Also, the effective speed calculation should be revised, it currently yields inaccurate results; the higher the ratio of character speed to effective speed, the worse it gets.

I put a note on my agenda, I'll see if I can improve this a little.

OK. Thank you for providing morse training! I currently try to learn the alphabet, with the lessons provided.

Good luck!

Posting this to check if new quoting works as expected :-)

Fabian,

Could you make it so that the quoted text appears in italics (or maybe indented)? This is normal for most applications of this type and helps distinguish it from the reply.

The quoted text should be in a dashed box and have a blueish background. I had to force reload the page before it showed, because my browser had the old stylesheet without the new "quoted" class in its cache.

But a little additional indentation wouldn't hurt indeed.

Ah! yes, after a forced reload I see the same thing - much better.
