I've tried this Koch method with resident software and on theis website and, for me, it is not a good method. I find myself anticipating the next character which causes me to type what is in my mind rather than what I hear. I much prefer to copy plain text and callsigns, and occasionally code groups.

Personally, I think the best way to build speed is to try to copy QSO's by the fast ops. I have to do it on the keyboard when things get much above 18 wpm and that adds another problem but after awhile you become a better cw op and typist.
