Try to excercise for at least half an hour each and every day. Every once and awhile, take a day or so off to rest your brain.

It's fun and enjoyable. Do not get stressed if you have difficulty. When you feel stressed, repeat to yourself that learning morse code is fun and enjoyable and can be a stress reliever.

Reward yourself to a nice dinner or drink when you accomplish small goals. I hit a new high wpm this morning of copying callsigns at 53wpm and I am having a nice dinner this evening with my wife.
