Tallennettu: 2010-02-28 20:03 | It may be worth switching to a different browser for practicing CW. I used to use Firefox for all my practice runs on lcwo.net but I recently switched to Epiphany... Boy did that make a postitive difference!
Firefox is my workhorse: it is loaded with several add ons and I usually keep several tabs opened. Unfortunately, this means that Firefox can get slow at times. When I practiced CW in Firefox, typing in the text window would often get laggy. (The audio was always fine though.) The typing lag was enough to distract me and throw me off.
So I switched to Epiphany. It is set up without any add ons and I use it only for CW practice. It makes a world of difference.
