Hi everyone,

I am getting close to being on this site for a month in about a week or so and I love LCWO plus I am making some good progress.

I would like to get as much feedback as possible about the peaks and valleys on your graph. Looking at my graph, I have many peaks and valleys. The peak's have come when I have been fully rested and some have come when I have been really tired.

I am starting to think that the brain likes being pushed ahead but pulls back a little as it trys to surge ahead again the next day or so. I have been on almost every day and would like to know what conclusions you have come to after reviewing your own graph if any?

Brewing out a chicken egg in a machine takes 21 days. When you try faster by pushing the heat in the machine you get no chickens at all.

Don't over-estimate the number of potential respondents on your query, I estimate on statistical base that only a handful, may be 20, users are exercising call signs in the last month.

Hallo Craig,
I have the same experiences with the peaks and valleys.
It gives you a magnificant good impression about the fact if you are stressed or very relaxed while doing your exercises.
As soon as i see the direct results are going down I stop while this is indicating your are going to be tired. It no longer usefull to force or to continue.

Pa0WV, Hallo is mogelijk. Wel weet ik dat de call heel lang niet in gebruik geweest is. Recherche via Veron . Heb hier een QSl kaart van hem QTH Terneuzen datum 12 febr.1934 waarmee hij een verbinding bevestigde met PA0ALO op 80 m..
Kaart hangt hier ingelijst in de shack. Zo hangt hier ook een foto van PA0JA die ik van zeer nabij heb gekend.
Uit respect voor de historie.
