i am in lesson 1 and i use 20/10.
actually i try to archieve 100% in 3 minutes.
when should i skip to lesson 2?
when i did 100% in 5 min?

I wouldn't be too scientific about it, just do it when it feels right; when all characters of the current lesson seem to have sunk deeply enough into your synapses :)

Durations of more than 1 minute are a nice exercise in stamina, but I'd rather do three 1-minute attempts than one 3-minute attempt.
