when you enter in text to cw conversion mode 40 times the word paris and set speed to 40 words/minute it turns out that tha fileconversion time is 1 minute and 23 seconds.

Mh, I cannot reproduce this result: With 40 times PARIS, at 40wpm char/eff I get a MP3 file of 1:01, the last second due to the added silence at the end (which I added to avoid that the Morse output is affected by the "fadeout" function of some mp3 players).

Fabian, I can't either. I retried it and now it is just in time. Don't know what I did wrong, same procedure as first time. Type paris copy and past repeatedly till I had 8 paris and copied and paste that 5 times. Count it to be sure. Speed 40/40 tone 600. All the same. MUST have done something wrong. Sorry abt bothereing you.
