Thanks for the site and your efforts at helping all who seek CW proficiency. I am completely new to the Ham hobby and am awaiting a book fro ARRL so that I can study for the Gen. Lic..

I took the first lesson this evening and needless to say, I'm not very good. To me hearing lesson "1" at the default settings, sounded like just "K" and I was not picking up the pauses between the letters sent. I am puching the 1/2 century mark so that may have something to do with the way I hear

Anyway, I'll tinker about and try to improve.
